Todd Lee Anderson

Todd Lee Anderson was born in Fairmont, MN on April 21, 1973 the oldest son of Gary and Sandra (Westphal) Anderson of Jackson, MN. He passed away at his home in Estherville, IA on July 24, 2026 at the age of 53.

   Todd was baptized and confirmed in the Immanuel Lutheran church in Dunnell, MN. He graduated from Sherburn High School and then attended Jackson Vocational School. He lived in the Dunnell and Estherville area his whole life. In his younger years he enjoyed spending time on the family farm and being an adventurous country boy with his brother Jason. The light and joy of his life came when his daughter Bailey Ann was born on March 22, 2007. His whole life revolved around her and he was there for her every step of her life.

   Todd was a hard worker. His first years were at Glasstite in Dunnell, MN as well as doing some tiling work in the area. Most of his career was at Ag-Chem/AGCO in Jackson, MN working as a certified welder. He was a proud retired member of the Dunnell Fire Department. Todd was a loyal friend and father. Family and friends could count on him to be there when needed, always going out of his way to help.  He loved working on things, loved his Ford truck, his Mountain Dew, his dogs and his fishing boat where he found his peaceful place on the lake after the loss of his beloved daughter Bailey Ann.

   Todd is survived by his parents Gary and Sandra Anderson of Jackson, MN; his brother Jason Anderson of Rochester, MN; his step-grandmother Dorothy Anderson of Jackson, MN; Aunts and Uncles Anita Lutterman of Jackson, MN, Gayle Anderson of Dunnell, MN, Pam (Mike) Dunn of Meriden, IA, and Sharon (David) Gorham of Darwin, MN.

   Todd is preceded in death by his beloved daughter Bailey Ann; grandparents John and Ethelyn Anderson and Arthur and Lillian Westphal; Uncles Wayne Westphal, Brian Anderson, Brent Anderson, Dana Anderson and Uncle-in-law Doug Lutterman.
